All Far Nana books are printed on demand through Lulu and shipped directly to you.

Processing Time: Orders generally require 3–5 business days for printing and preparation before shipping.

Shipping: Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and method selected. Lulu may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other delivery services depending on the order and destination.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Tracking: When a trackable shipping method is selected, tracking information will be provided when the order ships.

Far Nana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For shipments without tracking, we cannot guarantee delivery. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option when available. If a tracked package is lost, please contact us at info@farnana.com. We will work with Lulu to help resolve the issue.
